Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and LearnHub when you use this website or enrol in a programme.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

LearnHub ("we", "us") provides live, instructor-led training programmes, career services and job-guarantee programmes. These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, enrols in a course, or applies to a programme.

By enrolling or making a payment you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not enrol.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate details when you sign up, and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms on your behalf.
  • We may suspend or close an account that is used to share paid content, abuse other students or staff, or breach these terms.

3. Enrolment and access

  • Your enrolment is confirmed only after we verify your payment. Until then your access stays pending.
  • Access to class links, recordings and materials is personal to you and is granted for the duration of the programme.
  • Class schedules and batch dates are published in advance. We may occasionally reschedule a session; we will tell you as early as we can and the session will be delivered or recorded.
  • We may change an instructor where necessary. The curriculum and outcomes will not be reduced.

4. Fees and payment

  • All fees are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are made by UPI to alphahub@ptyes and verified manually by our team. Always keep your transaction reference number.
  • Coupon discounts apply only to the order they are used on, are subject to any stated limits or expiry, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Bundle pricing applies to the bundle as a whole. Individual courses inside a bundle cannot be separated out or partially refunded at the bundle rate.

5. Refunds

Every course and bundle carries a 7-day full refund. If you tell us within 7 days of enrolling that the programme is not right for you, we refund the full amount you paid.

Career services are refundable in full until the session is delivered or the rewritten documents are sent. Our Refund Policy page sets out the full detail and how to make a request.

6. Job guarantee programmes

  • Job guarantee programmes require a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. We may decline an application that does not meet this bar.
  • The programme fee is quoted individually, based on your current package and the package you are targeting. Any figure shown on the website or in the application form is indicative only and is not an offer.
  • The final fee, the placement commitment and the refund conditions are set out in a separate written agreement that you sign before the programme starts. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.
  • The fee is payable in two instalments: the course bundle up front, and the balance only after you accept a job offer.
  • The placement guarantee is conditional on you completing every module, submitting all assignments, attending scheduled mock interviews, and applying to the roles we refer you to. It does not apply if you decline offers that meet the agreed target, or withdraw from the programme.
  • We do not guarantee any specific employer, salary or location. We guarantee the placement support and the refund conditions described in your agreement.

7. What we promise, and what we don't

We deliver the curriculum, live sessions, mentorship and materials described on the course page. We work hard to make our training practical and current.

Outside of a signed job-guarantee agreement, we do not promise employment, a salary increase, a specific exam result, or any particular career outcome. Results depend on your own effort, background and the job market.

8. Course content and intellectual property

  • All course materials, recordings, slides, datasets and assignments remain our property or that of our instructors.
  • You may use them for your own learning. You may not record, copy, resell, publish or share them, including in study groups outside your batch.
  • Sharing your access credentials or distributing paid content is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
  • Projects you build during the programme belong to you, and you are free to use them in your portfolio.

9. Acceptable behaviour

We expect students, mentors and staff to treat each other with respect in classes, groups and 1:1 sessions. Harassment, abuse or disruption of a class may result in removal from the programme without refund.

10. Third-party services

This website relies on third parties for authentication, hosting, database storage and file uploads. Their availability is outside our control. We are not liable for interruptions caused by these services, though we will always work to restore access quickly.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a programme is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that programme.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our programmes change. The version published here is the one that applies. If we make a material change that affects a programme you are already enrolled in, we will tell you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
